Specialty Services
- Trauma Care. The sooner a trauma patient can receive the care they need, the more likely they will survive. Knowledgeable care can make the difference between life and death. Trauma care is available at Northwest Medical Center-Springdale, Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville, and Siloam Springs Regional Hospital. The Springdale and Bentonville emergency departments each have a Level IV trauma designation through the Arkansas Department of Health. Trauma Center Levels Explained

Online Check-in
Northwest Health now offers a convenient, online check-in service for the emergency department. This free, easy-to-use service allows you to choose your designated treatment time online and then wait in the comfort of your own home instead of sitting in the waiting room. Once you arrive at your designated time, you will be promptly seen by a healthcare professional. This service does not allow patients to skip in front of all others; all patients are seen based on the hospital's standard triage and queuing process.
Online check-in should not be used for emergencies.
Because ER, walk-in clinic and urgent care staffs must treat patients based on the severity of illness or injury, your time is not guaranteed. We will see you as close to your designated time as possible. If your symptoms worsen or you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department as soon as possible.
