Calling the Physician and Provider Referral Service is an easy way to get a referral to or information about providers who practice at the hospital or in the community of your choosing. Just call us at (800) 734-2024 or search our Find-A-Doctor directory. If you need to reach the affiliated multi-specialty physician group, you can call Northwest Physicians directly at 1-833-757-WELL (9355) or schedule an appointment online at nw-physicians.com/.
