Juli McWhorter, MSN, BSN, RN, Named Chief Executive Officer at Willow Creek Women’s Hospital and Northwest Health Physicians’ Specialty Hospital

Fayetteville, ARK. (February 17, 2022) – Juli McWhorter, MSN, BSN, R.N., has been promoted to chief executive officer of Willow Creek Women’s Hospital (WCWH) and Northwest Health Physicians’ Specialty Hospital (PSH).
Juli has served as the chief administrative officer of Willow Creek Women’s Hospital since 2019. She previously led WCWH as chief operating officer and chief nursing officer and has worked with Northwest Health for nearly 30 years.
Under Juli’s leadership, WCWH has been the first in the nation to be named a Center of Excellence for Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC), first in the state to achieve Baby-Friendly designation, first in the state to earn The Joint Commission’s Perinatal Care Certification and named a Blue Center of Distinction for Maternal Care.

Having begun her career as a charge nurse in the surgical intensive care unit, she also has nursing experience in cardiac rehabilitation, cardiac stepdown, patient education and flight nursing. She has served in a number of leadership positions for Northwest Health, including as chief quality officer and director of critical care services for Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville.
She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from Western Governors University.
Juli is actively involved with the March of Dimes organization, Jackson Graves Foundation and a 2022 nominee for Susan G. Komen’s Big Wig fundraiser.
