Jordan Kim, M.D., Joins Northwest Medical Plaza at Pinnacle

ROGERS, Ark. (March 20, 2024) – Jordan Kim, M.D., board certified in family medicine, recently joined the active medical staff at Northwest Health practicing at Northwest Medical Plaza at Pinnacle, 2000 S. 42nd St., Suite 100, in Rogers, and he is currently accepting new patients.
Dr. Kim recently relocated to Northwest Arkansas from Tennessee and worked for four years in a primary care practice in Chattanooga, TN. He was born and raised in the east Tennessee area and has ties to Northwest Arkansas through his wife and her family.
Dr. Kim received his medical degree at Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, TN, and completed his residency at University of Tennessee Chattanooga Family Medicine in Chattanooga, TN, where he served as chief resident in 2018-2019. Dr. Kim also holds a degree in microbiology. Prior to medical school, Dr. Kim received his emergency medical technician (EMT) certification and also has experience in addiction medicine.
With an interest in treating patients of all ages, Dr. Kim chose family medicine so he could be a part of families’ lives through all stages.
“Family medicine afforded me the opportunity to see everything from birth to end of life care,” he said. “I like to treat the whole patient because mental and physical health go hand in hand.”
With experience in integrative medicine, Dr. Kim enjoyed the ability to address a myriad of patient concerns under one roof – whether that was nutrition, holistic treatments, counseling or a traditional primary care patient visit.
Dr. Kim said his interest in medicine started when he was young.
“My grandfather was a physician and growing up I always thought that I could possibly follow in his footsteps,” he said. “As a physician, I’m always passionate about preventive health care and using a trusted provider to stay ahead of health issues.”
