Biography
Craig Levoy, M.D., is a family medicine physician board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is the medical director for the Community Quality Alliance (CQA) at Northwest Health.
In addition to his work with the CQA, Dr. Levoy also sees patients at Northwest Medical Center – Bentonville. He cares for patients of all ages – pediatric, adolescent, adult and senior – including offering preventive health. Services include chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes, thyroid issues, hypertension, heart disease, high cholesterol, COPD and asthma. He also offers LGBTQIA+ care; HIV medicine; and STI and PrEP/PEP treatment.
Dr. Levoy also has the following specialty certifications: HIV Medical Specialist, American Academy of HIV Medicine; and Physician Advisor, Certification in Health Care Quality and Management.
