Willow Creek Women's Studio
Our mission at Willow Creek Women’s Studio is to empower women in establishing a healthy wellness plan. We tailor wellness plans to each participant and offer medical supervision in a safe environment to help participants achieve their individual healthy wellness goals.
The Women’s Studio promotes, educates and executes our programs in a socially distanced learning environment allowing women to achieve their health and wellness goals. We do have a limited capacity as we maintain strict social distancing guidelines along with other safety protocols.
Studio Programs
Fit Pregnancy
This prenatal fitness program focuses on preparing for labor by maintaining fitness and developing core strength and pelvic structure. This can help with a faster recovery, healthy weight gain, a healthier pregnancy with less discomfort, and fewer labor and delivery interventions. This program focuses on the 7 primal movements specific to each individual: gait, push, pull, squat, lunge, twist and bend.
Fit Mom
This 12+ week program is individually designed for postpartum women. This total body fitness program focuses on multiple components of fitness and health essentials (core and pelvic floor recovery).

Fit Woman
Designed for all women to expand their fitness and health goals in an emotionally supportive environment. Individually planned to set you up for success!
Fit Go
Open to all levels to help with motivation and inspiration. Being a part of a group offers distance socialization along with accountability to keep your mind and body healthy. It is a fun walk, jog, or run program!
Studio Hours
Mondays: Open gym from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Tuesdays: Open gym from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Wednesdays: Open gym from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Thursdays: Open gym from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Additional gym time is available upon request.
