FREE Community Cardiac Screening
The heart screenings include:
- Blood Pressure
- Body Mass Index
- Cholesterol Screenings
- Glucose Screenings
- Ankle Brachial Index
- Stroke Screening
- And Heart Health Education
A cardiologist will review the results with the patient at the end of the screening and provide suggestions. If a follow-up appointment is recommended, we offer the opportunity to schedule an appointment right there to see one of our cardiologists.

Instructions for registering for an event.
- To register for an upcoming event click on the button above.
- This will pull up our current event calendar. Scroll down the list to the cardiac screening listings.
- Click on the Details & Register button next to the event you wish to register for.
- Type in your name, e-mail and phone number.
- Click the Register button and you're done.
- You will see a confirmation page once it has been processed. If you would like to register for another event, click the click here link on the confirmation page. If you are done, then close that browser window by clicking the "x" in the top right-hand corner.
- You will receive an event confirmation to the e-mail address you enter in the form.
