GUEST HOUSE
Northwest Medical Center - Springdale has a Guest House with hotel-like accomodations on the fifth floor of Tower I. Family members or friends can stay close to their loved ones in a comfortable hotel-style room just an elevator ride away from your room. The Guest House is operated by the Northwest Medical Center Auxiliary.

ROOM RATES
$35 / night for room with one Queen bed
$45 / night for Apartment (includes kitchen, one Queen bed, and one pull-out couch with a Full bed)
Check out is 11:00am. If you require a later check out, please check with the Guest House desk.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
A washer and dryer are available to all guests at no charge. Laundry detergent is provided. An iron and ironing board are available upon request.
FOOD SERVICE
Our apartments are equipped with basic cooking and eating utensils. Snacks and sodas can be purchased from the Guest House snack and soda machines, at the hospital Gift Shop, or in the lobby canteen area on the first floor. Also, the hospital cafeteria is located on the first floor and open to the public. You can call the cafeteria at extension 74375 for serving times. Carry-out meals are available.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping services are available daily. If you are staying with us more than one day, just hang the Maid Service sign on your door, and housekeeping will clean your room between 7:00am and 1:00pm.

PAYMENT
The Guest House accepts Visa, MasterCard, cash and checks only.
Smoking and the use of smokless tobacco are prohibited throughout the Northwest Medical Center campus. Smoking is not permitted on hospital property.
