Community Involvement
Northwest Health System is committed to being a good corporate citizen in the communities we serve.
In addition to the numerous organization involvement of each individual Northwest Health employee, we participate in a variety of fund-raiser campaigns and provide sponsorship and donation funds to area schools, youth organizations, health/human service organizations, civic clubs, athletic associations, and other organizations. We are committed to our hometown and to the healthcare of its people. We know the importance of giving back to the community where we live.
Northwest Health System sponsored Bruce Waldon, M.D. as a candidate for the 2010 "Kiss a Pig" gala and Tammy Tucker, D.O. as a candidate for the 2011 "Kiss a Pig" gala and fundraiser.
Diabetes Expo
Northwest Health System is a proud sponsor of the Diabetes Expo held on June 18, 2011.
American Heart Association Go Red for Women Event
Northwest Health is proud to be the presenting sponsor of the 2012 Go Red for Women Event and a past presenting sponsor of the 2009, 2010 and 2011 events. This year's event was held on Febuary 15, 2011 at the John Q. Hammons Center in Rogers. There were over 1,000 women in attendance.
American Heart Association Heart Ball

American Heart Association Heart Walk
Northwest Health System was the Presenting Sponsor of the 2008 & 2009 Northwest Arkansas Start! Heart Walk. We are proud of our Northwest Health System/Heart Hospital Network team that participated in the 2011 Heart Walk and thank our employees for their support of such a valuable organization.
