As CNO, Ms. Lyne is responsible for overseeing the hospital’s entire nursing staff and nursing processes. Northwest Medical Center – Springdale is licensed for 222 acute-care beds and has a nursing staff of about 350 employees.

“Caren Lyne is exactly what we look for in a Chief Nursing Officer,” said Northwest Health System CEO Dan McKay. “She is passionate about patient care, knowledgeable about all aspects of the profession, an excellent communicator and facilitator of process changes and is a leader within our organization who is respected both by the nursing and medical staffs. And her familiarity with Northwest is a real bonus. We looked all over the country, but ultimately, we were fortunate that we found a candidate of Caren’s caliber right here in our organization.”
