Board of Trustees

	Rick Parsons, Chairman of the Board Rick is Senior Vice President of the Bank of America. He attended the University of Arkansas and received a B.S.B.A. in Accounting. He is also on the Board of Ozark Guidance Center, and the Community Care Foundation, and NARTI.
	Linda Maienschein, Vice-Chairman Linda is President of TLM Enterprises. She received her B.A. from Drury University. She was co-chair of the Susan G. Komen Foundation's "Build for the Cure" project in 2006, and is on the board of the Community Care Foundation.
	Adrian Luttrell, President Adrian is President of Walker Brothers Insurance. He received a B.A. in Business Administration from South Arkansas University. He is also on the board of the Springdale Chamber of Commerce (Past Chairman), Springdale Board of Education (Past Chairman), Springdale Rotary (Past President) and United Way.
	Charles Rateliff Charles is self-employed. He received a B.A. in Political Science from University of Arkansas. He is also on the board of the Community Care Foundation, Cancer Challenge, and is Chairman of the Bentonville Airport Advisory Board.
	Max Koonce Max is the Senior Director of Risk Management for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. He has a B.B.A. in Economics and received his Law Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. He is a member of the Benton County Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, American Bar Association. Max is also a member of the National Council of Self Insured Employers and West Virginia Self-Insured Employers.
	Mitchell Johnson, Ozarks Electric Mitchell Johnson serves as the President/CEO of Ozarks Electric Cooperative Corporation. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S.B.A. in Accounting. He currently serves on the boards of Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation, Arkansas Electric Cooperatives, Inc., KAMO Power, and ERMCO (Electric Research and Manufacturing Cooperative), as well as the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce
	Jerry Dorman, MD Dr. Dorman is a general surgeon and practices at NWA Surgical Clinic in Springdale.
	Robert Petrino, MD Dr. Petrino is a general surgeon and practices at NWA Surgical Clinic in Springdale.
	Larry Wright, MD, FACP, AGSF Dr. Wright is a geriatrician at Northwest Senior Health Clinic-Schmieding Center. Dr. Wright also serves as the Director of the Schmieding Center for Senior Health and Education in Springdale.
